AG provides personal performance coaching — habit design, mindset coaching, workout programming, nutrition guidance, and running performance advice.
Includes 1 weekly check-in × 6 sessions, personalised training plan, nutrition framework, and resource vault access. Sessions must be used within the program window.
Includes weekly 1:1 coaching × 12 sessions, 24/7 WhatsApp access, video form reviews, week-6 reassessment, and a post-program blueprint.
All fees are due before commencement. All sales are final once a programme has started. A credit toward a future programme may be considered at AG's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
Coaching is for educational and performance purposes only — not medical advice. Consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any exercise or nutrition programme. By enrolling, you release AG from liability arising from participation.
Clients must attend sessions (or give 24 hours notice to reschedule), complete agreed tasks, and apply guidance diligently.
Individual results vary. Testimonials reflect individual experiences. Results depend on effort, consistency, and adherence.
All content — plans, frameworks, templates, and materials — is the intellectual property of AG (Akshay Gulati). Reproduction or resale without written permission is prohibited.
