Elite (6 weeks) is a focused sprint with 1 weekly check-in × 6 sessions. Premium (12 weeks) is a total overhaul with weekly 1:1 coaching, 24/7 WhatsApp access, video form reviews, and a post-programme blueprint. If you want depth and daily access, choose Premium. If you want a structured sprint, choose Elite.
Each week you have a dedicated 1:1 session with AG — video or voice call, your choice. In that session you review the previous week, troubleshoot anything that didn't work, and lock in the next week's targets. Six weeks, six sessions, six precise steps forward.
Pricing is discussed after your application is reviewed — this ensures the right programme and value for your specific situation. Apply first, then pricing is covered on your discovery call. There is no obligation at that stage.
No. AG works with beginners through to competitive athletes. What matters is your commitment level, not your current fitness. The system is built around where you are — not where someone else is.
No rigid meal plans. No calorie obsession. AG builds a sustainable, output-calibrated nutrition framework — meal timing, macronutrient targets, fuelling for training, and body composition strategy. Something you can actually maintain long-term.
Gym access is recommended for the strength component. Running requires only a decent pair of shoes. AG will programme around whatever equipment you have access to — it's always discussed in the onboarding session.
The system is built around your life — not the other way around. AG accounts for travel, irregular schedules, and life events. Adaptability is built into every programme from day one.
Most clients notice a shift in how they feel and operate within the first 2 weeks — before physical changes are visible. Physical results typically become clear by week 4–6. The identity shift — which is the real result — is usually locked in by the end of the programme.
Yes — and that's the entire point of the hybrid model. AG's programming is specifically designed so strength training and running reinforce each other rather than compete. Most clients see improvements in both simultaneously.
Premium clients receive a full post-programme performance blueprint — a maintenance and progression system so results compound after coaching ends. Elite clients receive continued access to the resource vault and can discuss continuation options during the final session.
